Salmon and Leek Pie


This is a traditional English-style fish pie – albeit with Tasmanian salmon - packed with veggies in a rich dill sauce. As with all good fish pies, it’s topped with a layer of creamy mash and a sprinkling of cheese. Add steamed greens or a garden salad for an even bigger goodness hit. This is a pretty big pie - maybe even enough for two!

Defrost and reheat or cook from frozen for about 45 minutes or until hot in the middle.

Ingredients: Salmon, potato, milk, leek, celery, peas, butter, flour, cheese, seeded mustard, turmeric, smoked paprika, dill, white wine, bay, salt and pepper.
