Mushroom Lasagna


This lasagna is perfect for winter - rich with porcini and button mushrooms, a mix of cheeses and fresh winter sage. It is then topped with a light mushroom infused white sauce and just the right amount of Parmesan. Absolutely wonderful with a green salad.

Defrost and reheat or reheat from frozen in moderate oven until hot.

Ingredients: Fresh and dried mushrooms, onions, ricotta, fetta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, butter, milk, flour (wheat), eggs, herbs, salt and pepper.
