Mexican Beef and Black Bean Salsa


Add a bit of spiciness to your week with melting tender beef, cooked for four hours in smoky tomato sauce, partnered with earthy black beans and bacon. With a little bit of chilli heat, this vibrant combo has been given the thumbs up from all my tasters.  A Neil Perry recipe was the inspiration for this dish. Serve with tortillas, rice, or even a baked potato, guacamole and a crisp salad.
