Lamb and Quince Tagine


A tagine-style lamb dish made with one of my favourite fruits of the season - quince. This version combines Tassie lamb with garden-fresh carrots, baby spinach, tangy quince and a heady mixture of spices including floral saffron and aromatic cumin, cardamom and cinnamon.

Defrost and reheat in the microwave or on the stove until hot.

Ingredients: Lamb, quince, carrot, spinach, onion, spices, coriander, stock, lemon, olive oil, butter, sugar, salt and pepper
