Harissa Chicken with Feta and Mint
Roasted chicken pieces and tender chickpeas infused with the glorious flavours of honey, harissa and cumin. Topped with creamy feta and mint, this dish is hard to beat. Add minted couscous and steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Alternatively, serve with a baked potato, crusty bread and a green salad.
Defrost and reheat covered in microwave or oven until hot. Top with fresh mint just before serving if desired.
