Curried Sweet Potato, Chickpea and Vege Patties
I've been experimenting with different vegetarian burger recipes - carrot and walnut, kale and potato, black bean and smoked paprika, and this one: a full-of-flavour mix of sweet potato, chickpeas, rice, kale, zucchini, peas, carrots and coriander. They are also gluten free and vegan. There are 2 patties (about 100g each) per serve.

Defrost and pan fry over a low heat until hot. Can be microwaved or reheated in the oven if preferred.
Ingredients: Chickpeas, sweet potato, onion, garlic, olive oil, tahini, corn, peas, kale, brown rice, soya beans, flax seeds, coriander, curry powder, chilli, salt, pepper.
