Creamy Mash

In terms of comfort food it is hard to match creamy mashed potatoes. But mashed parsnip, sweet potato or mashed roast butternut pumpkin come a pretty close second.  Add mash as a great base for saucy casseroles. A small is 250g and will serve 1-2. A regular is 400g.

Defrost and reheat in the microwave or over a gentle heat in a saucepan. It may look a little lumpy but if you heat it gently, stirring from time to time, then suddenly it will regroup and be as delicious and creamy as it was the day it was made.

Ingredients: Potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
