Creamy French Lentils with Mushrooms and Kale


This is a deliciously simple vegetarian casserole with just enough butter and cream to seem indulgent, but so full of nutritious lentils, mushrooms and vitamin rich kale that you know it must be doing you good. BUT I forgot to photograph it, so here is a picture of the Eiffel Tower - as French as you can get.

Defrost and reheat.

Ingredients: Fresh and dried mushrooms, Tasmanian lentils, kale, onions, garlic, butter, cream, white wine, herbs, salt and pepper.
