Butter Chicken


Butter chicken is a real family favourite. Marinated boneless free-range chicken gently cooked in a mildly spiced, but full of flavour, creamy, tomato sauce.  

I like to serve butter chicken with rice and a few pappadums that I cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute (maybe not as good as frying but a LOT easier and quicker).

Defrost the curry and reheat in the microwave or stove until hot.

Ingredients: Chicken, yoghurt, butter, canola oil, onion, tomato, spices, garlic, ginger, cream, coconut milk, salt and pepper.
