Bursting with the aromas and flavours of Morocco, this dish combines spicy beef with sweet butternut pumpkin, chickpeas and prunes. The beef is marinated in the spices for 24 hours before being gently cooked for hours until it is really tender. Make it a complete meal with steamed greens and couscous or creamy mashed potato to soak up the spicy sweet juices.
Preparation: Defrost and heat in microwave or on stove.
