I'm super-excited about this pasta sauce. It is 100% vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, low calorie and it still tastes delicious. The picture shows the sauce on zoodles (zucchini noodles that I made with a spiraliser). It is equally good on pasta or topped with mash for a make-your-own vegetarian shepherd's pie. Please note this sauce does have walnuts in it, so it isn't nut free.
Defrost and reheat in the microwave or on the stove until hot.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, walnuts, onion, garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, pepper, maple syrup.
